AFIMAC Canada is looking for experienced Supervisors to lead security projects during crises and labour disruptions.
Experience is critical, alongside the flexibility to work extended hours and manage crises efficiently. As a Security Supervisor, you will play a vital role in managing security personnel during organized protests and other critical events. Candidates with backgrounds in law enforcement, military, or emergency management will find this role particularly suited to their skills. A strong leadership presence is essential as you handle high-stress settings optimally. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and deploy security teams to in office assignments
Resolve conflicts and ensure team cohesion
Train staff to maintain high performance standards
Coordinate with event organizers and stakeholders
Oversee adherence to safety protocols during operations Requirements:
Supervisory or leadership experience required
Availability for 12-hour shifts, including weekends
Solid problem-solving abilities under pressure
Valid driver’s license and clean criminal record
