The Marketing & Revenue Operations Manager serves as the operational backbone of Palitronica's revenue engine. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role will manage Salesforce administration, marketing and sales analytics, performance reporting, dashboard development, lead management processes, and event operations. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable building executive dashboards, managing CRM workflows, analyzing pipeline performance, coordinating trade shows, and improving the efficiency of marketing and sales programs.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Administration & Revenue Operations
Serve as primary administrator for Salesforce CRM.
Maintain data integrity, account structures, lead routing, chance management, and user permissions.
Design and optimize workflows, automations, reports, and CRM processes.
Support integration of Salesforce with marketing automation, event management, and business intelligence platforms.
Develop and maintain lead lifecycle and attribution models.
Manage CRM data hygiene initiatives and governance policies.




Provide training and support for sales and marketing users.

Qualifications

Required
3–7 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Operations.
Hands‑on Salesforce administration experience.
Advanced reporting and dashboard development experience.
Robust analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
Experience supporting B2B marketing and sales organizations.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred
Experience with HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo, Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with account‑based marketing programs, particularly for cybersecurity, manufacturing technology, industrial technology, SaaS, or B2B technology companies.
Experience working with government, defense, aerospace, or critical infrastructure markets.
