Rheaume Engineering Inc. is seeking a full‑time Project Support Specialist to join our team in either Grande Prairie or Calgary, Alberta.

Founded in 2005, Rheaume is a 40‑person EPC firm that focuses on engineering, procurement, and construction management projects in energy, mining, pulp & paper, and agriculture sectors.

Role Description

- Procurement activities:
- Liaise with industry vendors
- Work with engineers to develop bid packages
- Coordinate bidding
- Prepare bid evaluations
- Issue POs
- Work with engineers to manage equipment package fabrication
- Coordinate inspections and expedite equipment deliveries
- Project controls activities:
- Develop schedules in MS Project
- Perform weekly project engineering cost reports
- Assist PMs with coordinating resources, tracking efficiencies, and creating project status reports
- Track and report on project execution and deliverables
- Track and report on company utilization and resource forecasting

Candidate Requirements

- Must be currently living in Grande Prairie or Calgary
- Must have MS Project experience
- Western Canada based EPC experience considered an asset
