Job Description & Responsibilities

- Engaging with clients
- Assisting with product selection and colour and style options
- Estimating on jobs sites and from plans
- Providing proposals and asking for the order.
- Project management from Site measure, to delivery, to job completion
- Coordinating with coworkers, installers, contractors and clients

Requirements

- Work experience in a customer facing environment
- Work experience in communication and problem solving
- A vehicle and valid drivers license required. (For site measures)
- Strong communication skills
- Budgeting & cost control

Compensation

- Training wage $5000/month
- 100% commission once training is complete and overcomes Training wage
- Average project manager currently making between $70,000 -> $110,000/year
