Reporting to the Credit & Collections Manager, your primary responsibility will be managing customer accounts setup and administration. This role calls for interaction with Customer Care and Sales teams to ensure data integrity across ERP systems. Your contributions will assist in analyzing receivable data, leading to actionable insights for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Input and update customer information in ERP systems
• Verify received data against original documents
• Maintain and organize accounts receivable records




• Facilitate invoice submissions on customer portals
• Respond to inquiries regarding account setups and adjustments
Requirements:
• 2-5 years of relevant Accounts Receivable experience
• Preferred knowledge of Dynamics 365 or Dynamics AX 2012
• Strong detail orientation and organizational capabilities
• Effective communicator with solid interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
