As part of the By-Law Compliance management team, this position requires strategic oversight of municipal by-law implementation and administration. With a focus on compliance and public safety, you'll ensure legislative adherence by updating policies and procedures while collaborating with external partners. This managerial role demands experience in by-law enforcement and excellent leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set strategic direction and expectations for by-law compliance
• Update by-laws and enforcement policies with current legislation




• Communicate sectional policies to limit risk and liability
• Research best practices in municipal by-law enforcement
• Investigate public inquiries and complaints efficiently
Requirements:
• University degree in Public Administration or related field
• 4-7 years of related experience, including supervisory
• Robust leadership and strategic thinking abilities
• Familiarity with GIS and AMANDA systems
• Valid G Class driver’s license with clean abstract
