As a senior leader, you will provide coaching and strategic insight to manage teams in Calgary and Edmonton. This role requires an adept understanding of complex property and casualty underwriting, and familiarity with sectors like construction and oil and gas will be advantageous. The ability to balance strategic leadership while participating in daily underwriting activities is essential.
