Located at 2030 McNicoll Avenue, this volunteer position requires a commitment of at least six months, with adaptable 3-4 hour shifts available. You will partner with staff to create enjoyable experiences, assist in program logistics, and help residents participate actively in activities. Your effort will make a significant difference in their day-to-day lives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Help prepare logistics and setup for group activity programs
• Facilitate resident participation during activities for smooth execution
• Assist with outdoor outings, ensuring resident safety and enjoyment




• Deliver newspapers daily, fostering connection with residents
• Provide updates on task completion to assigned staff members
Requirements:
• Minimum age of 16; mature volunteers preferred
• Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese, or Mandarin
• Completion of both TB and Vulnerable Sector screenings
• Passion for helping others with kindness and patience
• Willing to comply with ongoing training requirements
