Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day program operations and compliance
• Recruit, train, and evaluate program staff and contractors
• Develop program activities in consultation with management




• Maintain records and produce required reports
• Promote community awareness and coordination of services
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in social sciences or related field
• Minimum three years in a similar program with supervisory experience
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and clean abstract
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Experience with alternative communication strategies an asset
