Advocate for Indigenous perspectives in planning and quality improvement
Cultivate respectful relationships with Indigenous communities
Work with teams to ensure culturally competent health services
Apply Indigenous worldviews within health operations
Aid reconciliation efforts enhancing health results Requirements:
5 years experience utilizing public engagement tools
Proficient in healthcare decision-making and planning
3 years managing diverse relationships
Familiar with provincial Indigenous health organizations
