Schlegel Villages seeks a Director of Nursing Care for Erin Mills Lodge in Mississauga, focusing on resident well-being and transition to our Oakville location. This role is for a leader committed to nursing excellence. As the Director, you will oversee all nursing care duties and support a smooth transition for residents and staff to the Village of Heritage Trails.

With your expertise, you will ensure that our nursing team delivers compassionate care while adhering to standards that reflect our family-oriented values. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily nursing activities for 76 residents
Lead the transition efforts to the recent facility in Oakville
Comply with healthcare legislation and guidelines
Support a culture of empathy and quality care
Organize educational prospects for nursing staff Requirements:
Registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Ontario
Three years' experience in healthcare management
Certified in Heart Save Level CPR
