Timberline Enterprises is looking for a hands-on Operations Lead to help run the day-to-day. We build fence, run equipment, and get the job done right — we need someone who can take charge and work hard.

What You’ll Do
Run equipment (skid steers, post pounders, and ATV’s).
Build and repair fence, lay out material, install wire and planks.
Be a leader in office and make sure the work gets done efficiently.
Organize jobs day-to-day: materials, labor, and equipment.
Work directly with ownership to keep projects on track.
Step up when decisions need to be made.

What We’re Looking For:
Experience in fence construction, or farm/agriculture work.
Strong equipment operation skills.
Natural leader who isn’t afraid to take charge.
Physically fit and ready to work outdoors.
Valid driver’s license (trailer experience is a bonus).
