What You’ll Be Doing
Operate a front-end loader to safely and efficiently move aggregate materials.
Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
Maintain clean and organized stockpiles for optimal production flow.
Follow all site safety procedures and contribute to a strong safety culture.
Support plant and yard operations as needed to meet production goals.

Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment, particularly loaders.
Solid situational awareness and commitment to secure work practices.
Capability to perform physical tasks in a quick-paced environment.
Clear communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.

Conditions of Employment

Work Workplace
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
