Responsibilities
Key holder
Answering customer inquiries about our products and services
Assisting customers with carry-outs
Maintaining appearance of store
Handle/Process cash register transactions
Interact professionally with the general public and have a moderate level of physical fitness (i.e. be able to lift 50 lb. water jugs and carry them a short distance)
Clean dispensing stations, sanitize water table and faucets
Restock shelves with available product; alert management to low stock
Conduct basic water testing daily (e.g., Hardness, Iron, pH, TDS)

Performance of other duties as assigned

Requirements
Enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
Retail and marketing experience is an asset; Training provided
Answering customer inquiries about our products and services
Experience with POS systems or similar technology is a plus
Solid time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods
Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and inventory counting
Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as needed
