The In-House Counsel will report to the Country Managing Director while contributing to the Group’s legal department.
The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor of Laws and significant experience in corporate and procurement contracts. Your expertise will support contract management, risk analysis, and dispute handling, ensuring the company's compliance and proper legal governance. Key Responsibilities:
Advise on contractual and legal issues in bids and tenders
Manage contract performance and legal compliance
Handle disputes, claims, and litigation cases
Provide support for internal clients and legal issues
Ensure application of Quality, Safety, and Environmental policies Requirements:
Juris Doctor from a Canadian university
Canadian qualified lawyer with 5–10 years’ experience
Bilingual in English and French
Experience in infrastructure law is an asset
