Facilitation
Incorporate the natural surroundings and traditional practices offered at the Healing Lodge site and strive to utilize those features in the overall treatment approach.
Facilitate in the coordination and delivery of related workshops, seminars, circles and activities as required by the adult and family treatment/healing program.
Assist in design and delivery of programs in coordination with the Youth lodge, in regards to adults and families specifically.

Planning and Design
Work with the team to ensure the overall program design and development, with a specific responsibility for group workshops and circles.
Ensure that the psycho dramatic process is incorporated into the design and ensure the secure emotional workplace is maintained throughout the program.

Be an active member of the program team providing appropriate experiential learning approaches within the delivery of the overall program.
Aftercare

Planning
Aftercare planning working with Enaahtig Case Managers, Intake Coordinator, and other staff to ensure smooth transitions.
Intake

Preparation
Assist Intake with follow-up of clients to fulfill programs.
