Install underground utilities. Grading / raking, being able to use tools as needed. Drivers license needed. Equipment experience would be great, we are willing to train the right person on machines.
Responsibilities
Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris, setting up safety barriers, and organizing materials
Load and unload construction materials and equipment efficiently and safely
Support tradespeople by holding tools, mixing materials, or performing basic tasks as directed
Maintain a clean and organized work workplace to ensure safety and efficiency
Follow safety protocols diligently, including wearing protective gear and adhering to site regulations
Help with the setup and dismantling of scaffolding or temporary structures when needed
Conduct routine inspections of tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning
Skills
Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods
Ability to follow instructions accurately and work well within a team setting
Good communication skills to coordinate with team members effectively
Basic understanding of safety procedures in a construction setting
Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn recent skills
Prior experience in construction or related fields is a plus but not required
Valid driver’s license or ability to operate small machinery is an advantage
