Overview

We are seeking a skilled Locator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately identifying and marking underground utilities and other critical infrastructure. This role requires a robust understanding of various tools and equipment, as well as the ability to work safely and efficiently in diverse environments. This role is based on a 28 day on 10 day off work schedule in Alberta. Per diem and overtime oppertunities are available.

Duties
Conduct thorough inspections of sites to ensure all utilities are marked accurately.
Maintain equipment in good working condition, performing routine checks and basic mechanical repairs as needed.
Document findings and maintain accurate records of utility locations for future reference.

Requirements
Valid class 5 license
Familiarity with electrical systems and utility rigging practices is preferred.
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in marking utilities.
Robust communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.

Wages: depending on experience Job Type: Full time

Pay: $28.00-$34.00 per hour
