Role Overview

We are seeking an energetic, reliable couple or team to serve as in office Resident Managers. This is an excellent prospect for those who take pride in maintaining a lovely character property and enjoy hands-on work in a desirable neighbourhood.

Key Duties
Primary tenant liaison – handle inquiries, communications, and basic tenant relations.
Groundskeeping and interior/exterior property upkeep, including maintenance of the beautiful courtyard garden and Wellington Crescent yard.
General building oversight to ensure cleanliness, safety, and tenant satisfaction.
Light administrative tasks and coordination with head office as needed.

Ideal Candidate
Green thumb or passion for gardening and property pride.




Reliable, personable, and responsive with solid customer service skills.
Ability to work as a couple or small team.
Previous property management or maintenance experience an asset.
