This is an in office role focused on planning, budgeting, and subcontractor oversight. You will lead daily operations by selecting subcontractors and preparing budget estimates, drawing from over five years of relevant experience.

Effective organization and robust quality control implementation will be key elements to your success. Candidates should be prepared to travel and possess a valid driver’s license. Key Responsibilities:
Plan and organize daily operations efficiently
Operate CADD and prepare construction schedules
Establish policies for quality control and risk management
Direct purchases of materials and land acquisitions
Recruit and supervise a diverse team of staff Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
A minimum of 5 years in project management
Required construction trade certification
Proficiency in MS Office suite and AutoCAD
