We're looking for an IT Support expert to protect and manage our organization's computer systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to users, installing recent software and hardware, conducting timely backups and monitoring daily user activity. Candidate must multi-task and thrive in a rapid-paced workplace and hold themselves accountable for results.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge pertaining to the growth of business networks and will eagerly seek out innovative ways to improve the IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and solve technical problems in a timely manner, either on site or remotely.
Perform everything from a simple reboot to complex software installation, debugging and troubleshooting network issues.
