Take charge of event execution with IDC as an Event Project Manager, primarily responsible for our Canadian events portfolio. This full time remote role requires exceptional organization and client relationship management.

The Event Project

Manager will support a variety of events, executing strategic plans to achieve client objectives effectively. You will engage deeply with sponsors, manage logistical details, and ensure high-quality experiences at summits and custom events across Canada. Your leadership will be key in coordinating with both local and global teams. Key Responsibilities:
Lead client kickoff discussions for event alignments
Tailor strategies to client business goals
Oversee logistics for in-person and virtual programs
Manage sponsor participation in main event activities
Execute post-event reporting and client deliverables Requirements:
Over 5 years in event management or sponsorship
Solid communication with a focus on client service
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Experience using project management tools like Monday.com
