Become a key player at the OSI Clinic as an Experienced Psychologist, focusing on mental health treatment for veterans in Nova Scotia.

Your role will be pivotal in assessing and addressing complex psychological conditions. We are looking for a permanent full time psychologist with a PhD or PsyD who has valuable clinical experience managing mental health disorders, particularly relating to PTSD and anxiety.

Your responsibilities will include high-level assessments and treatments while participating in an interdisciplinary team approach. Additionally, you will engage with various agencies to improve care delivery for specialized populations. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough mental health assessments and evaluations
Develop team-oriented treatment plans with key stakeholders




Lead research projects and contribute to grant proposals
Employ virtual care strategies for remote clients
Adhere to patient safety and clinic protocols Requirements:
Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology
Registration or eligibility under Nova Scotia’s Psychologists Act
Experience with military or police service settings
Training in evidence-based therapeutic techniques
