Join our IT Multimedia Administration team as a Microcomputer Support Specialist 2. Your expertise in problem resolution and user support will enhance our team-oriented settings. In this role, you'll provide essential first-level support for multimedia computers and audiovisual systems, ensuring a seamless operational experience. As you assess and resolve software and hardware issues, you’ll assist users in finding solutions and refer complex matters to specialists.

Your responsibilities will also include setting up and maintaining audiovisual components and developing user guides to improve service delivery. Key Responsibilities:
Investigate and resolve multimedia computer and AV issues
Install and configure current software applications and updates




Provide troubleshooting support for live event operations
Maintain liaison with users for training and guidance
Develop and update asset inventory and user aid documentation Requirements:
Completion of a relevant one-year certificate program
Considerable knowledge of multimedia and computer systems
Ability to solve routine networking and hardware problems
Experience with IT Service Management Systems is a plus
Valid British Columbia Driver’s License required Support users effectively and contribute to our multimedia initiatives as an IT Multimedia Support Specialist.
