Join Boardwalk as a Financial Accountant and contribute to our real estate operations across Canada. This role involves monthly reconciliations, financial analysis, and supporting documentation preparation. We are seeking a skilled Financial Reporting Accountant with a minimum of two years' experience, ideally within a publicly traded company.

This position also values prior real estate accounting or property management experience. You’ll be responsible for creating accurate journal entries and assisting with financial statements while collaborating with operational staff and auditors. Key Responsibilities:
Perform monthly bank and GL account reconciliations
Conduct financial operational review and analysis
Create necessary journal entries and adjustments
Review and test internal controls and processes
Communicate with staff regarding issues found Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience in public company accounting
Real estate accounting experience preferred
Recent CPA or in progress is an asset
Proficiency in Office 365, including Excel
