Role Description The Early Childhood Educator is a full time, in office role based in Brossard, QC. This role involves planning and implementing Montessori-inspired activities that support each child’s developmental needs and interests.

The educator will guide children through hands-on learning, supervise play, and maintain a protected, welcoming classroom environment. Daily responsibilities include observing and documenting children’s progress,



communicating with families, collaborating with colleagues, and ensuring materials and spaces are organized and ready for use. The educator also promotes positive social interactions, supports self-regulation, and contributes to a respectful, inclusive atmosphere.

Qualifications
Solid interpersonal skills, including empathy, clear communication, and the ability to build trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Knowledge of early childhood development and experience working with children aged 6 months to 6 years in educational or childcare settings.
Creativity skills to design engaging, developmentally appropriate, and Montessori-aligned learning activities and environments.
Organization skills to manage classroom routines, maintain materials, document observations, and support smooth daily operations.
Relevant early childhood education training or certification; familiarity with the Montessori approach is an asset.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and follow regulatory standards and center policies.
