As Executive
Director, you will report to the Dean and provide leadership in strategic planning, community engagement, and clinical service excellence at ISTAR. This position allows you to influence the future of speech-language pathology while overseeing staff and ensuring that recent research informs treatment practices.
Your role will also enhance donor relationships and foster partnerships to promote public awareness of stuttering. Key Responsibilities:
Drive strategic initiatives for clinical services
Strengthen community partnerships and donor engagement
Lead and mentor specialized clinical teams
Manage financial and operational functions
