Your contributions will help standardize operations, streamline incident reporting, and ensure continuous improvement in service delivery. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to assess project feasibility and outcomes
Document functional specifications for IT initiatives
Develop consistent incident reporting and tracking techniques
Define operational processes for asset management
Support patch management and operational level agreements Requirements:
7 years’ experience in a related IT role
Degree or diploma in computer science, engineering, or technology
Business analysis certification is preferred
Must obtain Police Security Clearance
