About Panda Pilates

Panda Pilates is a premium Reformer Pilates studio in Mississauga. We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and sales-focused team member to manage the front desk, prepare café beverages, and maintain a clean, polished studio setting.

This is a hands-on role that requires robust customer service, confidence in sales, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities
Open and close the studio independently.
Greet clients and manage check-ins, bookings, waitlists, and account inquiries.
Sell memberships, class packages, retail, and café products.
Prepare coffee, protein shakes, teas, and other café items.
Process payments and operate the POS system accurately.
Reset rooms between classes and restock supplies.
Complete opening and closing checklists.
Keep the studio organized, stocked, and presentation-ready at all times.
Handle client concerns professionally and cover last-minute shifts when needed.

Requirements
Prior Reformer Pilates experience is required.
Must live within approximately 20 minutes of the Toronto studio to allow for last-minute shift coverage.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Strong sales and customer service skills.




Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, punctual, organized, and able to work independently.
Comfortable cleaning all areas of the studio as part of the role.
Comfortable using booking software, computers, and POS systems.
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
Evening and weekend availability is required.

Preferred Experience
Previous barista or café experience is a strong asset.
Previous sales experience.
Experience using Mindbody or other fitness studio software.
Experience in boutique fitness, wellness, hospitality, or retail.
