Become a key player at Northland Power as an IBM Maximo Systems Administrator. Drive optimization, support integration, and ensure system reliability across North America and Europe. In this role, you will serve as the primary technical lead for the Maximo platform. Collaborating with stakeholders, you'll manage system configuration, support upgrades, and ensure data governance. The position requires 4 days onsite with one versatile day for work from home. Key Responsibilities:
Administer IBM Maximo for North American and European operations
Manage security, workflows, and notifications within the system
Support Maximo upgrades, patches, and enhancements
Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement improvements
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues effectively Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in IT or related field
5+ years in IBM Maximo administration
Experience with Maximo security groups and automation
Knowledge of SQL databases and cloud environments
