Our client within the mining/resources sector is seeking a Finance Integration Lead for 6 month engagement. The Finance Integration Lead will act as a finance SME as part of a larger transformation project as part of a business integration of 2 organizations.

The Finance Integration Lead will be responsible for:
assisting with accounting analysis, statutory reporting requirements, management reporting changes
working with the Director of Accounting to develop and maintain a jurisdictional workplan across the organizations' operating jurisdictions
reviewing and assessing accounting policy differences and tracking gaps with proposed recommendations
supporting initiatives to accelerate period-end close timelines

To be considered for this engagement, you are a designated Senior Finance skilled (CPA or equivalent) with 10+ years of relevant work experience in a large and complex setting.



You possess robust communication skills and are comfortable acting as the point of contact for various stakeholders.

The following skills are also required:
Proven experience with consolidation that adheres to IFRS using OneStream and/or Oracle Hyperion Financial Management
Track record of managing large scale transformation projects including ERP implementation, business process improvement, business integration
Prior experience working in a publicly-listed company
