The Finance

Own outsourced accounting relationships and financial outputs
Ensure compliance with Ministry and funder reporting
Lead annual budgeting and financial forecasting
Drive modernization through automation and technology
Oversee philanthropy financial operations and reporting Requirements:
Minimum 8 years of finance experience in non-profit sector
3+ years in senior finance leadership roles
Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting systems
Robust knowledge of Canadian not-for-profit standards
