Drive MSP engagement and product adoption at Barracuda as a Partner Success Manager in a hybrid role. Use your expertise to expand our partner ecosystem. In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing post-sales relationships with Barracuda's Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
Your main focus will be to formulate strategies that align with MSP goals and streamline product use. Collaborating with sales and technical teams will be essential to ensure partner satisfaction and success. Key Responsibilities:
Own the post-sales relationship with MSPs
Create and execute partner success strategies
Act as the primary contact for various products
Provide ongoing training to MSPs and team members
Assess customer health and identify expansion prospects Requirements:
3+ years of experience in partner success or account management
Relevant degree in Business or Sales
Familiarity with Partner Success and CRM tools
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight Support the adoption of Barracuda’s creative cybersecurity solutions and drive partner success.
