We are looking to hire a strong Kitchen Lead team member. As the business grows, this role has the potential to evolve into Back of House Manager, overseeing full BOH operations including scheduling, cost control, vendor relationships, and team leadership.

What You’ll Need to Bring
3+ years kitchen experience (lead or supervisory experience preferred)
Food Safe Certification
Strong understanding of kitchen systems and prep organization
The confidence to work independently when needed




Reliability with your scheduled shifts
Strong work ethic and a positive, team‑first attitude
Ability to stay calm during busy service
A focus on cleanliness, safety, and consistency
