CIBC is seeking a Director in Investment Management and Oversight to lead Indigenous Trust oversight activities. You'll manage client relationships and ensure fiduciary responsibilities are met. As part of the Trust Investment Management & Oversight unit at CIBC Private Wealth Management, you will contribute significantly to managing investment oversight for Indigenous Trust clients.

Collaborate with Indigenous Markets Relationship Managers and key stakeholders to ensure compliance with governing documents. Your insights will shape cutting-edge practices for investment oversight in this essential domain. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee Indigenous Trust investment oversight activities
Conduct client due diligence and analyze investment policies




Lead quarterly account reviews for compliance
Align stakeholder needs with investment strategies
Review Trust Agreements and Investment Management Agreements Requirements:
10+ years of investment management experience
Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation required
Knowledge of Indigenous trust law and compliance
Solid analytical and communication skills
Ability to travel across Canada as needed Drive impact and enhance relationships within CIBC while managing Indigenous Trust investments.
