Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and data entry.
Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and organization.
Prepare and manage inventory and handle all P.O's and restocking.
Handle inbound communications, including phone calls and emails, with professionalism.
Schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians based on availability and service requirements
Manage service delivery schedules and ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Act as a liaison between clients, service providers, and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure high-quality service.
Manage stock room organization while keeping up to date pricing in systems of current stock.
Implement and track service improvement initiatives based on feedback and performance data.
Process daily and weekly shipments.

Experience with Microsoft Office and a high level of computer proficiency is essential. Excellent telephone manner and customer service is required.



Excellent verbal and written communication skills as you will have regular and on-going contact with external and internal clients. This position is suited to a positive, self starter who can grow within the company. The successful candidate will exhibit a high degree of flexibility in the types of work you deliver. Receptiveness to new challenges, analytical and critical thinking, organization, attention to detail, and ability to interpret instructions are required.
