We are looking for an Automation Support Analyst to strengthen our Data and Technology team. Your purpose will be to ensure the operational stability of enterprise automation solutions like UiPath and Azure AI. In this key role, you will manage and support multiple ai-powered workflows while engaging in incident resolution and operational documentation.
A solid background with a minimum of three years supporting enterprise solutions is essential, coupled with robust capabilities in troubleshooting and managing UiPath Orchestrator environments. Key Responsibilities:
Support and monitor production automations and workflows
Manage assets, robots, and exception handling in UiPath
Conduct incident triage and root cause analysis
Assist in deploying AI models and managing credentials
Maintain detailed runbooks and support documentation Requirements:
3+ years in enterprise automation or AI workflow support
Robust skills in UiPath Orchestrator administration
Experience with CI/CD and cloud services
Knowledge of ServiceNow incident management
Preferred: UiPath Qualified Certification Harness your skills in automation to deliver high-quality solutions.
