Join NexGen as the Senior Health, Safety, and Setting Coordinator at the Rook I Project Site. This full-time role focuses on enhancing safety systems while coordinating emergency responses and compliance actions. In this pivotal role, you will report to the Manager, Site Health, Safety, Workplace & Radiation (HSER), leading initiatives that align with NexGen’s values and regulatory requirements.

Your expertise in HSE management systems will guide mentorship for Health & Safety Coordinators, ensuring a strong safety culture and incident prevention across site operations. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and improve Health & Safety Management System
Collaborate with Emergency Response Team during drills




Implement risk-based planning and coordinating KPIs
Conduct inspections and manage internal audits
Oversee incident investigations and preventive measures Requirements:
Diploma/degree in Occupational Health & Safety
8–10+ years of HSE experience in industrial settings
Robust knowledge of safety legislation and compliance
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HSE reporting tools
CRSP/CHSC certification is an asset Take the lead in ensuring exceptional health, safety, and environmental standards while mentoring site teams at NexGen.
