Duties
Prepare and cook menu items efficiently while maintaining consistency and quality standards
Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Follow recipes and presentation guidelines to ensure each dish meets our standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in accordance with food safety regulations
Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures are strictly followed
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation during busy service hours




Support the team in managing inventory levels and restocking supplies as needed

Requirements
Proven experience in food service or restaurant kitchens as a line cook or similar role
Robust knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and meal assembly
Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling practices
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and solid communication abilities
Previous experience with serving guests or customers is a plus but not mandatory
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
