Key Responsibilities:



• Oversee Lean Six Sigma project executions at a Black Belt level • Identify and prioritize operational improvement prospects • Facilitate cooperative workshops and training sessions • Ensure the sustainability of implemented improvements • Share best practices across sites for greater alignment

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field • At least 5 years in continuous improvement roles • Proven experience in leading change management projects • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Proficient in Lean Six Sigma methodologies
