We are seeking a skilled and motivated Framer/Carpenter to join our agile construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures using a variety of materials and tools. Your expertise will help bring architectural visions to life, ensuring safety, quality, and durability in every project.
This position offers an exciting chance to work on diverse construction sites, from residential to commercial projects, utilizing your carpentry skills to build solid foundations and beautiful finishes.
Responsibilities
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to accurately execute project specifications
Frame walls, floors, roofs, and other structural components using hand tools and power tools
Install siding, drywall, and other exterior or interior finishes with precision and care
Operate heavy equipment safely for lifting and positioning heavy materials or structural elements
Conduct restoration work on existing structures, ensuring seamless integration with original features
Maintain a clean and organized worksite,
adhering to safety protocols at all times
Requirements
Proven experience in construction or carpentry with a strong understanding of framing techniques
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and woodworking equipment
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the workday
Familiarity with heavy equipment operation is a plus
Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
Valid construction experience certification or relevant training preferred
