Reporting to the Resort Manager, you will oversee maintenance tasks across community buildings, grounds, and equipment.

Ensuring the efficiency of septic and water systems is crucial, along with maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations. You must be prepared for after-hour calls and respond courteously to residents' requests. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee grounds maintenance and landscaping efforts
Conduct repairs on community equipment and buildings
Keep accurate records for septic and water systems
Ensure adherence to health and safety standards
Maintain effective communication with management and residents Requirements:
Clean G-class driver’s license required
Availability for on-call emergency situations
Water operator certification is a plus
