Key Responsibilities:



• Resolve complex cross-functional technical issues promptly • Participate in testing for production deployment validation • Analyze solutions to identify deficiencies for improvements • Implement upgrades to resolve operational problems • Support troubleshooting in both Prod and non-prod settings

Requirements: • University degree or college diploma in a related field • Minimum five years of experience in network management • Experience with Cisco switching and routing platforms • Knowledgeable in Azure Cloud Networking • Skilled in Agile methodologies
