ColeRNR Infrastructure Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced Field Engineering Lead to oversee field engineering activities and ensure the successful delivery of infrastructure projects. You will coordinate site operations, provide technical leadership, and work closely with project teams to maintain quality, safety, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise field engineering activities across project sites.
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and technical teams.
Review engineering drawings and ensure compliance with project specifications.
Resolve technical issues and support construction progress in office.
Monitor quality, safety, and project performance throughout execution.

Qualifications
Experience in field engineering, civil infrastructure, or construction projects.
Strong knowledge of engineering standards, site operations, and quality control.




Excellent leadership, project coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documents.
Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation or eligibility is considered an asset.

Pay: $88,000.00-$111,847.61 per year
