We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Order entry - 85%
Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
Liaison with Outside Sales on customer inquiries.
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills in English.
Computer proficiency is mandatory.
Robust phone etiquette and active listening skills.
Previous experience in customer service, glass industry or construction is a plus.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting
