Support a large federal department as an Intermediate System Administrator in Montreal. You will provide workstation and application support, including MS365 and SharePoint. We are looking for an Intermediate System Administrator with over five years of experience to assist with workstation setups and application management.

You will support 2000+ users on Windows 11 and troubleshoot issues across devices like laptops and smartphones. The role involves managing incidents and employing IT service management software while ensuring compliance with Government of Canada standards. Key Responsibilities:
Provide application support for MS365 (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint)
Assist with workstation support for laptops and desktops




Troubleshoot peripheral devices like printers and monitors
Support desk-side telephony and smartphones (iOS, Android)
Perform initial incident analysis using BMC Remedy Requirements:
Minimum 5 years as a System Administrator
Proficient in Windows 11 for 2000+ users
Experience with MS365 applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Familiarity with incident management software
