We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Drywall Labourer to join our dynamic construction team. Responsibilities
Measure, cut, and install drywall panels according to project specifications and blueprints
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying necessary materials such as caulking or joint compound
Finish drywall seams with taping, mudding, sanding, and texturing to achieve a seamless surface
Assist with other construction tasks including carpentry, painting, or handyman duties as needed
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation
Maintain a clean work workplace by organizing tools and debris removal on-site
Collaborate with team members to ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
Experience
Prior construction experience, particularly in drywall installation or finishing, is highly desirable
Knowledge of construction painting, caulking, and general handyman skills is a plus
Ability to read blueprints and understand technical instructions confidently
Hands-on experience with carpentry tools and techniques
Demonstrated ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
Physical stamina to stand, lift heavy materials, and perform manual tasks throughout the workday
