Your responsibilities include welcoming members, ensuring productive transactions, and maintaining a friendly workplace at the Emerald Aisle. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills and a commitment to high-quality service. Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers upon arriving at the facility
Assist members with inquiries to minimize counter visits
Direct customers to exit booths and provide local maps
Maintain cleanliness of vehicles and the Emerald Aisle
Communicate customer service issues to management Requirements:
Minimum of 6 months in customer service, sales, or management
Valid Ontario G or G2 driver's license required
Open availability for 40 hours per week
Must be at least 18 years of age
