Overview The Head of Controlling is responsible for overseeing financial planning, analysis, accounting, and reporting for the Canadian business. This role serves as a key strategic finance partner to RedBull Canada/'s Leadership Team (LT) and acts as the finance lead for major business initiatives. The Head of Controlling leads the team responsible for overseeing RBCA and RBCD/'s financial performance, including budgeting, cost analysis, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance measurement.

This role is accountable for the integrity of the P&L; and balance sheet for both RBCA and RBCD, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting to the CFO while providing strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.





Responsibilities Leading a team of 8+ finance specialists, this position is accountable for the financial planning and management of key business functions, including Marketing, Sales, Operations, Indirects, and RedBull Canada Distribution (RBCD). The successful candidate will thrive in a complex matrix organization and play a critical role in strategic resource allocation, business performance optimization, financial modeling, process improvement initiatives, and supporting key commercial and vendor negotiations.
