Role Description This is a full time, in office Construction Worker role based in Surrey, BC.

The Construction

Worker will support deconstruction and demolition projects, including the removal of interior finishes, fixtures, and tenant improvements in residential and commercial spaces. Daily tasks include loading and unloading materials, operating hand and power tools, assisting with site preparation and cleanup, and following detailed instructions from supervisors. The role requires adherence to safety procedures,



maintaining a tidy worksite, and collaborating with team members to complete projects on schedule and to quality standards.

Qualifications
Hands-on experience in Construction and Renovation, with the ability to work on deconstruction and demolition projects.
Proficiency in Masonry and Flooring, including safe removal and installation where required.
Ability to conduct basic Research related to materials, tools, and methods to support efficient project execution.
Knowledge of and commitment to workplace safety practices and regulations.
Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, carrying, and working on feet for extended periods.
Reliable work ethic, punctuality, and ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
Prior experience on construction or demolition sites is an asset.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to Surrey, BC job sites preferred.
